Position: Internal Medicine Expert
Type:Contract
Compensation:$130–$300/hour
Location:Remote
Duration:Ongoing
Commitment:20+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios from your Internal Medicine practice. Focus on diagnostic reasoning, treatment planning, risk stratification, and guideline concordance.
- Write "golden" reference responses at attending-level quality to ensure high standards.
- Grade AI-generated responses against structured rubrics to maintain consistency and accuracy.
- Provide written feedback to the research team to improve model behavior and performance.
- Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions to align with team standards.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Board-certified attending physicians with a current, active, unrestricted medical license.
- Final-year resident physicians or recent graduates who are board-eligible.
- Fellows who are board-certified/board-eligible in primary specialty with a current active, unrestricted medical license.
Start Date
- Rolling, after onboarding sign-off.
Compensation & Legal
- Remote, 100% asynchronous.
- Paid weekly via Mercor.
