Job Overview
The Junior LinkedIn Ads Specialist is responsible for supporting the setup and monitoring of LinkedIn advertising campaigns under the guidance of senior team members. This role is suited for someone with an interest in B2B paid social and digital advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Setup & Targeting: Assist in building and launching LinkedIn Ads campaigns; apply audience targeting parameters as directed and ensure campaigns are correctly configured before going live.
- Ad Copy & Creative Support: Support the preparation of ad copy and creative briefs; coordinate with relevant teams to ensure assets are ready and meet platform requirements.
- Campaign Monitoring: Track daily campaign delivery and key performance metrics; flag issues or budget concerns to senior team members for review.
- Reporting Support: Help compile performance data into weekly and monthly reports; maintain templates and trackers to support the team in client reporting.
- Platform & Tracking Assistance: Assist with platform account management and basic tracking verification tasks under senior guidance.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certification is a plus.
- Experience: Up to 1 year of experience in paid social or digital advertising. Fresh graduates with an interest in B2B marketing are welcome to apply.
- Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager or similar advertising platforms; comfortable with spreadsheets for reporting and data tracking.
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented and willing to learn; organised and deadline-conscious; good written communication skills; receptive to feedback.
- Language: Proficient in English (written and spoken). Additional language proficiency is an advantage.
