Position: Psychiatry Expert
Type:Contract
Compensation:$150–$350/hour
Location:Remote
Duration:Ongoing, reviewed monthly
Commitment:20+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios from your Psychiatry practice, including diagnostic formulation and medication management.
- Write "golden" reference responses at attending-level quality to ensure high standards.
- Grade AI-generated responses against structured rubrics to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Provide written feedback to the research team to improve model behavior.
- Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions for alignment.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Board-certified attending physicians with a current, active, unrestricted medical license.
- Final-year resident physicians or recent graduates who are board-eligible.
- Fellows must be board-certified/board-eligible in primary specialty with a current, active, unrestricted medical license.
Start Date
- Rolling, after onboarding sign-off.
